Tojiro deba without the Tojiro branding
Got lucky and landed this Tojiro western deba without the Tojiro branding. With the branding, it's more than double the price.50/50 edge bevel. 210mm cutting edge. Thick spine and hefty. Pretty sharp ootb. I have the 180mm version so I expect this to perform exactly the same. Get one.

Fantastic knife!
Great knife especially for the price. I am a fan of Tojiro knives and this is no exception. I ran across it by accident it's the Japanese domestic version of the DP series with no English on it but it feels the same for half the price.

Amazing!
Great quality, you can tell in the weight of the blade and how sharp it is. Minimal force is needed to cut. The blade even came with a sleeve and small box to store it in which is very helpful considering how long it is.
