I was skeptical at first, but this magnesium spray has become a staple in my nighttime routine. I spray it on the bottoms of my feet before bed, and within 10 minutes I’m out like a light. It’s honestly wild how quickly it helps me relax and drift off.I’ve always had trouble falling asleep but this calms my whole system down. I don’t know the science behind it, but I do know I’m finally sleeping through the night, and waking up less groggy too.It tingled a little the first few times I used it (which I read is normal), but that went away quickly. Now I actually find it kind of soothing. Highly recommend if you struggle with sleep or just want a natural way to wind down at the end of the day.

So it really helps. When I use it on my legs and feet for cramping up. If I catch them as they begin it stops the intensities and some times all together. If I use it before bed time I rarely have any muscle cramps, but you do have to give it a week or to of usage to really feel the difference. I can't guarantee how well it does for others but my son in law uses it and it works the same for him. Will buy again, and I like the Amazon brand the best.

The shipment arrived perfectly so it was packaged appropriately to protect the bottle. My hubby has only been using the spray (4-6 pumps on the bottom of his feet) for a little over a week but he has noticed that the incidents of muscle cramping that he had previously have stopped. Whether this is a placebo effect or not, this has been helpful for him so definitely worth the purchase!

Works well, not greasey. Skin absorbs it and definitely helps with minor aches & pains.

Most people have a magnesium deficiency. Spray this oil on your feet at night to correct that issue and get a great night sleep. I've been using this for a year and it's lowered my blood pressure. Outstanding product!

I started having knee pain with inflammation for a month which gradually intensified making it unbearable to bend my knees, climbing stairs etc. I felt like my knees were going to give in. OTC pain meds like Aleve & Lidocaine cream was not providing any relief. I read about magnesium oil's benefits & ordered this brand while waiting to get doctor's appointment. Doctor prescribed meds for 2 weeks & referred me to an Orthopedic for further treatment. Once the meds were over my pain came back & I started applying magnesium oil spray & massaging it on my knees twice a day, applying cold compress in the evenings followed by Absorpine Lidocaine cream. All of this made a significant difference within couple of days by the end of the week I had more mobility & was able to bend my knees to 45 degree angle especially at night & it was a little easier to climb stairs. Went sightseeing & strolled for hours 2days in a row, my legs were extremely sore, but the magnesium oil, cold compress eased the pain. I was diagnosed with very early onset Osteoporosis & will be having therapy sessions to increase mobility. I do attribute my pain relief to the magnesium oil spray with pain relief. I decided to take my Statin every other day as they do affect joint pain.

I got this to help with sleep. I’m already taking a nightly cocktail of melatonin, magnesium, benadryl and valerian root tea to help me sleep but even with that sometimes its still hard to fall/stay asleep so I’m always looking for things that might help me. I was pretty skeptical but it does work! I spray about 5-7 spritzes on my feet, rub them together to spread the magnesium oil around, wait for it to dry, then follow it up with a layer of Cerave Healing Ointment. I don’t know why this is called oil, there is nothing oily about it. I was using it without the Cerave and my feet got so dry that my heels looked ashy. So definitely moisturize if you’re going to use it.
