Well made... but tricky to fit.
Well made and a smart idea! BUT, it was hard for me to fit. There is the size of the ring AND the circumference of the wrist to take into consideration. The standard sizes at Amazon didn't work for me, so I returned it, but they work for you it could DEFINITELY help.

More comfortable, but less effective than Wrist Widget.
This wrist brace is only to use if you have problems near your ulna (pinky side), and specifically for TFCC problems/tears. It will only help if you have pain in that area and only with rotating your wrist. I have had this problem for 20 years and progressively worsening. hand surgeon said try to postpone surgery as long as possible.I've used this and the Wrist Widget. The Bullseye is more comfortable and I can wear it longer, but it does not relieve my pain as much as the Wrist Widget does. So, I use both of them at different times. Both of these frequently slip out of place and need to be readjusted. You can make tighter, but then it becomes uncomfortable more quickly.

Useless
I tried to make this brace work for a few weeks and decided to return it. I have Ulnar Impaction Syndrome and am trying to put off surgery for as long as possible. I was hoping to find a brace that offered some type of stability or pain relief and this one is completely useless for my needs. As other reviewers have mentioned, the hole where the ulnar bone goes doesn’t stay in place and the brace constantly slides around the wrist. You have to keep repositioning it which is super annoying. It’s not a fit problem, it’s a design issue. If you move the wrist in any direction, the bone slips out of the hole. My ortho surgeon said there are no braces that can help with UIS so if that’s your issue, save your money!
