Love it
best piece of Exercise equipment I have. It does six separate exercises and works well for my knees. I'm having both knees replaced soon but thus doesn't aggravate them at all!

Sturdy and helpful exercise unit
This exerciser was recommended by a friend. I had been looking at stationary bikes that could be folded up when needed. But this has turned out to be the best exerciser for me. It works my legs and arms, shoulders and knees. And it can be folded up as needed. It's a great deal for the price and build very sturdy.

This Pink Beast Gave Me the Booty Gains I Wanted!
Okay, I was totally skeptical about this at first - another fitness gadget that promises miracles? But after 6 weeks of using this 3-4 times a week, I'm OBSESSED. My leggings are fitting different, if you know what I mean!What Rocks:The adjustable resistance bands are NO JOKE - I started on level 2 and can barely handle level 4 nowSurprisingly stable for a foldable machine - no wobbles during intense thrustsVersatile AF - I use it for squats, hip thrusts, AND as a rowing machineThat bright pink color actually motivates me to work out (weird but true)Small Annoyances:Assembly took me about 45 minutes (watch the YouTube video - way easier than the manual)The seat cushion could be slightly thicker for longer sessionsReal Talk:My gym rat boyfriend laughed when this arrived... until he tried it. This product is everything I thought it to be. I watch some videos to see the 3 different setting and assemble instructions. I am ready to start living pain free again!

Not sure if it’s for squats
Full workout, seat is comfortable. Looks easy but once you start moving you realize it’s harder than it may look. Great cardio

Great workout
Great work out. I like that you can adjust the band strength, so everyone can use it. Easy to put together and does not take up lots of space. It may look delicate, but can hold a lot of weight.

Not so fast
This squat machine was not what is seems. It works for all. You have the ability to adjust the resistance, they have a total of four bands. It was easy to put together and easy to use however it was easy to move. It is built like it was not easily movable. When I tried to do some arm exercises the back end would raise off of the ground. To me the seat was not comfortable being that it was small.
