Does the job
So far this product is exactly what I was looking for. Easy setup, excellent performance on LTE network, and adequate wifi support. The WebUI could be a little easier to use, but does the job given the price point. Would be great to see a 5G version of this product.

Doesn't work
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Because the reviews said it works great. But it doesn't... I purchased this and a prepaid card for 180 days for an additional 31.00. It doesn't work. It will not detect and all my devices keeps saying no internet or wifi detected. Returning this and the prepaid card. I spent over an hour on the call with support and watched every YouTube video. This doesn't work .

Excellent product
Great Device got it the same day that I ordered it turned it on and it connected straight to my computer and phone with the password from the piece of paper it already comes with A100 gigs of data and remember this is 4G so if you have just a 4G phone you're going to only be able to get a 4G signal not 5G.

If I could give it 0 stars I would it terrible my phone is still lacking internet it’s slow and it doesn’t work !!

Great , small and lightweight
Works great . I woke remotely and when it’s slow I run errands with my lap top and it does the job. Cheap hot spot and just add a decent monthly package.

Very nice for the price!
Works nicely. Web interface is awkward in places.For those having trouble charging it ... I've found that it won't charge with newer more versatile chargers. I use the bare bones 5V (only) charger that came with it.I suspect it would charge with other 5V-only chargers, but haven't tried any.

Hotspot 4g doesn't work!!
Does not work. Charged up ok. Connected to 3 devices. Would not download or upload. Had a HSpot 5 years ago that worked great. 4g could be the problem.
