Great book at a great price

This is a good book, jumps around a lot and is very American in style. The book I received was an ex library book. If you were looking for one book to buy I would suggest the Andy Holgate Book Can't Swim, Can't Bike, Can't Run.

No excuses for not goin out for that morning run, the book follows six everyday people as they train for Ironman. Swim, bike, run. Then clock on for a days work!

A well written book, but the vast majority of the book explores the backgrounds to the 6 people profiled and does not give too much info on their physical journey to the Ironman. Worth a read still, but I expected more practical tips.

A good story of different life styles overcoming hurdles to achieve their dream. Makes you realise we all have ups and downs but it's about perseverance.

Yup. Inspiring, rewarding, nicely put together. If you've got that nagging itch about doing an Ironman, this is a good place to start the scratching.
