The size does run big however they are very comfy so if looking for exact size purchase one size down from original size you wear. I purchased a pair for myself and additional pairs for my daughters and will be ordering more just in a smaller size. I will know I am keeping the larger size not returning because I do love these pants.

Only thing I don't love (hence the 4 stars) is they are SUPER long in the crotch and very long in the legs as well. I am 5'6" and they are way too long on me, but worth it because they are so comfortable!

I ordered a size larger after reading some reviews on how these tend to shrink some. I might have to shorten mine some though - I'm 5'2" and I end up stepping on the bottom of them lol. They are so soft and comfy!
