I use in multiple items from coffee protein drinks hot and cold cereals yogurt cottage cheese still finding other things to add it too

I have noticed that MCT Oil powder is getting so expensive nowadays, especially if its flavored. I found this 2 pound bottle that, ounce for ounce, is cheaper than the brand I was buying. It tastes just as good and has collagen too which was not in the one I used to buy that is now the same price as this, but you only get 11 ounces in the other one.This will be my go-to from now on. Hopefully they won't raise the price!

I was just not happy with this product.

I like the taste, the smoothness and it mixes in my coffee easily.

I love the vanilla flavor. Great in coffee or my almond milk. A bit difficult to mix into cold liquids. I use a whisk. Not sure yet of health benefit, just started this a few days ago. I replaced my collagen powder with this MCT + collagen. We’ll see.

I reached out to Left Coast Performance LLC with the following email: "Can you tell me what you use for Natural Flavors in your vanilla MCT oil collagen peptides powder? Also, how much erythritol is in each ounce of powder? Do you have any collagen products that do not contain erythritol?"Despite the back of their container saying they respond within 12 hours, it took them almost a month to answer my question and this was their response:"The flavor system is proprietary and confidential.The erythritol amount is <1g as shown on the label as Sugar Alcohol. Left Coast Performance - Multi Collagen Powder Unflavored does not contain erythritol."I don't trust any company that will not be transparent in their ingredients. Will not buy again.
