I tend to swell in the hands, feet and legs when it strarts getting hot out or when I have a change in elevation. Since starting this taking the full dose of 3 a day I haven't swelled up once. And it's kept my right calf from swelling when I on my feet all day. I guess I has one day where I did have a little swelling in my feet and ankles but not like it use to be. For a natural product and a cheap product at that it's a winner.

I purchased Dandelion root supplements as I've read that it's an immune booster. I started taking it after not being able to get over sinus issues due to being exposed to children I work with and terrible pollen season! I take this along with a few other immune boosters. So far, I'm happy to say that I believe it is helping. Im around children all day with very runny noses and since getting over my own sinus issues, I've been able to stay healthy. Not claiming this is a miracle, just saying I believe it does help boost my immunity so I can fight off minor cold and sinus issues.
