Great computer for the office
This has been a good solution for our clinics. Small and compact with more than enough RAM and storage. We have purchased multiple and would purchase again.

Good all-around PC
I've been a fan of mini-pcs for some time. I currently have a couple of Gigabyte Brix machines running dlna and Minecraft servers (altho my kids don't really use the latter much anymore). With this latest purchase of the NUC11, I now have one NUC8 w/ 8th generation i5 cpu and two NUC11s with the 11th generation i5. We use the NUC8 and one of the NUC11s at home for general home office tasks as well as playing Minecraft and a couple of Steam games (nothing very taxing for the hardware). One of my kids has the other NUC11 at school. My impressions of the NUC11 are overall very good. It appears to be well-built with what seems to be decent quality RAM and system disk. There is a 3 yr warranty. I was somewhat disappointed to realize there isn't a built-in mic like my NUC8 has, but that's not a big deal. There is an adequate selection of ports. In terms of performance, the NUC11 is clearly faster than the NUC8, both of which are adequately fast for our use. The NUC11 scored 1963/6431 on the Geekbench 6 benchmark.I'll point out that I have no particular use for Windows so all of my experience with the NUCs has been on linux. I've been very happy running linux on the NUC11. All my NUCs (as well as the Brixes mentioned above) are running Ubuntu 22.04.3. I'll note that the NUC8 has been upgraded from an initial install of 18.04, w/o any issues. The NUC11 my kid uses at school is a dual boot setup, but my kid says the Windows portion doesn't really get used, so I can't say much about either using Windows on the NUC11 or about any potential problems with running a dual-boot configuration on this hardware and with this pair of OSes. My kid reports that there are no issues running Ubuntu after using it for the last 10 months.

Good Machine
A lot of power in a small footprint. My tech guy said it was a seamless transfer of my data from the old machine.

No Windows 10 GML or COA (edited)
Update 7-30-22 I did confirm via Microsoft that it is a genuine license connected to my Microsoft account. I guess no sticker anymore. I was too attached to the idea. Pun intended. I liked my NUC 6i7 and have hopes for this unit. Seems a solid build and has a mammoth adapter. I will update my review in the future if I have concerns you might find helpful.---------Prior:Concerned that I received package from GeeksPlus and there is no Windows 10 Pro COA Certificate of Authenticity or GML Genuine Microsoft Label proving the license is valid. I have contacted seller. May return unit since that is supposed to be physically with the unit upon delivery. This is my 2nd NUC 1st one was purchased directly from Intel and lasted 5.5 years. I was happy with it. I wanted to try this model as the gen 12s are too expensive for me.

Very satisfied with product and support
The Intel NUC that I bought from GEEKPLUS (a NUC12WSHi5 with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD) is a nice little device for productivity applications. I have a 4K monitor plugged into one of the USB-C ports on the back and it just works. This is in contrast to another mini-PC that I bought (I won't name it here) which had quality issues and bloatware preinstalled. Perhaps the only negative is that it's not great for gaming due to the integrated graphics, but I'm not going to reduce my rating for that since it wasn't marketed as a gaming machine.I'll also add that there are TONS of resellers who are offering Intel NUCs at various price points. GEEKPLUS was offering a great deal and they seemed to be reputable based on the reviews, but I was still concerned because I hadn't heard of them before. Like, was there a catch? Maybe it would come with no-name substandard components or a sketchy Windows license or something?Well, I'm happy to report that there was nothing to worry about! It came nicely shrink-wrapped in Intel packaging with brand-name RAM and SSD preinstalled (I double-checked that both were on the official Intel compatibility list). I did have a minor update-related issue when I was initially setting it up, but it turned out to be a Microsoft thing and the GEEKPLUS representative via Amazon was very responsive and helpful.Overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase and I'll be looking for GEEKPLUS again next time I'm in the market for a NUC (which could be soon since I want a media PC in my living room due to how ridiculous streaming is becoming these days, but that's out of the scope of this review).

PESIMO
