electrosmart 10m Red/Black 2 x 0.50mm Speaker Cable Ideal for Car Audio & Home HiFi

I wanted this cable to connect surround speakers to my vintage HiFi. Product came in just over a day after ordering so was very impressed as I only opted for free delivery. This is really good qaulity Speaker Cable for the price paid in fact good by any standards. Its actually a little more chunky than a lot of cable like this. Very generous length. I cut it in the middle and it provided just the right length of cable for each of my surrounds. My old HiFi has never sounded so good. This cable is great. I am only using for surround speakers not main speakers but the Bass is very rich and full and the treble and mid range is vibrant so would recommend this cable for main speakers too. Amazing product for the price. Breathed new life into my HiFi. Amazing purchase.

Bought this cable to extend my speaker system. Now my speakers go from wall to wall over 12 feet apart. The cable is of good quality, unlike other reviewers I found it easy to split. Used cable connectors to connect to original speaker wires. Sound quality is excellent, no hiss, no crackle and no interference. At this price you cannot go wrong.

It does what it’s meant to! Wired up the speakers on my old Technics ST-HD81 stereo amplifier, since the cat decided to chew right through my old wires.In my personal opinion I feel the wires could be slightly thicker, as they feel a bit flimsy, but apart from this I have no issues with them.They seem to deliver a decent quality of sound although I can’t comment too much on this, since I currently have both speakers situated on the floor. I know it’s a cardinal sin, but I’ll sort some speaker stands out eventually.All in all, if you need some cheap speaker wire then this should do the trick.

Not bad cable for the money, however, the same company do a 2.5mm cable, which is better quality and actually works out cheaper at £9.99 for 25metres.Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed this before I started using this cable.My advice is go for the 2.5mm cable, unless you really need a thin cable to fit through narrow gaps.This is fine, but the 2.5mm will give you a better sound.Although for high end hi fi or a high quality car system, I would go for a better quality 100% copper cable, it will be more expensive than this, but the sound quality will be better.
