I tried this product because it was recommended for vata individuals who have arthritis in The Complete Book of Ayurvedic Home Remedies by Vasant Lad (also a great read). I don't have arthritis but I'm 21 years old and all of my joints crack all the time and it was becoming worrisome. I take one tablet a day and as long as I couple it with yoga, my tea for joint health and Mahanarayan oil, I notice a big difference in not just how often I crack, but also joint discomfort.All in all, its worth a try and I will be purchasing this product again.

I’m 51 and am close to having to get a knee replacement. My friend suggested this and I’m amazed at the results. Im getting around so much better and especially noticed when shooting baskets with my kids.

The bottle was sealed . I thought was odd that the bottle was half way and I decided counting them . There were less than 50 and the bottle says 90 . I will sure call Amazon tomorrow. I ordered 2 more products with them , different ones and they were all right . I like their products but I want the amount as advertised. I will update my review after tomorrow when I call Amazon .
