A nice pair of shoe brushes. Good quality and good value for money. I can recommend them.

These do what they are designed to do. They are synthetic, and don't have the feel of the ones my Gran had, but pretty much do they trick. They do both feel a little stiff, but are a good shape and size.

The thistles? Fell apart and came off. Doesn't look great either. I'd recommend getting horse hair brush

Exactly what I was looking for, and the little instructions they give you a plus.They're a good size, the bristles soft, but sturdy.Now my work shoes will look new again!

If you're unfamiliar with solid shoe polish, you rub the black brush on the polish and use that to apply it to your leather. Once you've covered the shoe satisfactorily - you don't need much - and rubbed it in with the black brush, use the light-coloured brush to buff it down to a shine. Very satisfying. Cover your working surface (knees, in my case) in case of flying specks of polish.
