I am a laid back person, i hardly go to gym so i needed a product that could help me gain fitness at home therefore i bought this wheel, the design of ab wheel is really excellent, i am using this wheel for more than a week now and i noticed that this wheel is made of a good quality plastic, while price too is reasonable, it is very easy to assemble and use, it has long enough grip to cater the requirement of big hands even, the performance of wheel on floor is also impressive,you could very easily roll the wheel for long work outs comfortably, I am sure this wheel will be my fitness partner for so many coming years now .

The wheel is made of a very hard plastic with a design that gives it a lot of robustness, great quality and excellent finishes are appreciated. I would to say that I have bought a wheel of abs for life, if it is taken care of, it will be a lot. The rubber cannot be removed, it is stuck so well that plastic wheel and rubber look like one. The central bar is metallic, so it will last us forever. It is covered with a rubber in the area that is in contact with the ground, making it silent during exercise. Having a single wheel, it is ideal for lateral exercises

Had one of these before, this one is very good. Solid construction with good grips. Your abs won't like you, it really works them out.

Finally I found a product that helped me to gain fitness without joining jym. This Ab roller is fantastic to be used at home, its knee pad keeps my knees comfertable while I use it on hard floor. I have reasonably reduced my tummy fat by using it on continuous and consistent basis . its design and color is also very good. Its easy to assemble and use as well.
