Amara View Headgear, Standard Size

Purchased a new head strap for my gear. Came packaged like it should. Got some new magnetic connectors as well. Happy to get what I was needing! Thanks!

I wear the ResMed AirFit F30, but am not a fan of the headgear. I had previously worn the Amara View so I switched out the strap and continue to do so. Velcro seems to last quite some time and generally only replace the headgear only once per year.

Soft fits well adjustable

My insurance only covers one strap every 6 months and mine wears out after 3 months. Happy to have no leaks and better sleep! Same one that comes with amara vue mask

This is the exact headgear that I needed for my cpap. I was told these were recalled due to their magnetic clips. Later, this recall was limited to individuals who had certain medical contraindications. I had no contraindications, but this headgear (which fits the mask that works the best for me) was still unavailable. I found the exact one I needed on Amazon and the price was only a few dollars more than my co pay. Super quick delivery!

Legit product, very happy with purchase

What I liked is I can find the head gear with Amazon that I use for sleep apnea. Medicare doesn’t let you get one except every 6 month. They don’t last that long. The Velcro pulls loose during the night so your mask leaks. Headgears do not last that long!!

The magnetic or plastic clips come with the face gear, not the headgear.What’s driven me nuts with the last two headgears is the little “figure 8” where the straps meet (on the left side of the crown if not a little lower) haven’t been plastic, but they’ve been metal. I couldn’t figure out why I had scabs on my head, until one night when I put it on. One of those stupid magnet clips snapped loose, and the metal smacked me in the head. I’ve put two layers of the fleece snuggies on, and I still get cut. I’m hoping the one that arrived today is like the picture with a plastic fixture.
