Perfect for low carb recipes.
I use this for making keto pitta/flatbread and bread rolls (with vital wheat gluten and linseed) I also use it in low carb pancakes pretty much every morning, when I’m not making the bread it lasts for ages as I only use 1/2 scoop at a time with almond flour or whatever I’m using in the pancakes. It makes recipes really light and fluffy and I guess it’s great for bulking out and for fibre. I really enjoy using it, you have to be fairly careful when opening and pouring it because it’s so fine it can puff out really easily.

Oat fiber
This oat fibre is different in texture its fluffy not like a flour, when I saw it first time I thought they've sent me unedible stuff but I used it in all my Keto baking it's very good, doesn't have any taste not like the flour texture of oat fiber which tastes different and give the dough a darker colour . I like this product and recommend it too.

Very disappointing product
Extremely lumpy, can’t use it for anything. Once they are cooked, they taste like paper!
