There were no instructions with the one I bought however it was very straightforward to figure out, no idea what the bottom two remote control buttons do as they seem to do absolutely nothing but the remote does open and close the lock as expected.It's a sturdy hefty lock, worth the money, and very intuitive to use. And very simple.It does work and works well, it's not like a standard key operated lock that could go on either side of a door, this goes on the inside of a door.The reason for this is that there is a turnable knob on the unit which, should the batteries run down, can be turned manually to lock or unlock it. And obviously you wouldn't want that on the outside of a door where passers by could access it.A decent simple lock which adds a bit of extra security and is worth a look.

I just wanted a simple fob operated door lock. This is far from simple and the manual has been written by someone whose native language is definitely not English making it very difficult to understand. From the bit I could understand you need to download and app from the web, the battery sizes quoted (number 5 batteries) produced no response on Amazon. It may have been usable for me if I could understand the manual which was written in terrible English.

I've been looking for this kind of lock a long time. I immediately purchased it when I accidentally found it here. I can finally my living room door to get out as a shortcut with confidence.

I recently came across a product that I used to purchase in Amazon quite by accident. It has been two and a half years since I began using it, and I must admit that I was initially skeptical about Chinese-made products. However, this particular product has consistently exceeded my expectations and has performed flawlessly since day one. The only maintenance required is a simple battery change every 14 months. I would happily purchase another one if needed, even if the price were to increase to £100, because is a nightmare if you couldn't open the door when you back home.trust me.

Good product but Signal strength no so good, you press many times for it to wake up and respond. it may take some seconds even minutes.

Great security device.Remember to change all the batteries at least twice a year so that you don't get locked out.We change them when the clocks change, easy to remember.
