It’s a costume hat! It’s great!
I’m happy with this off-brand wonder. I’m using it for an Oz re-interpretion and it’s a great compliment. The material IS cheap and simple, and you have to form the wiring, but it takes full advantage of its medium. This’ll cover costumes from HP heads to total-creep-shows.
