Doesnât mix well
Not recommended, itâs gritty and doesnât mix well. Ends up settling at the bottom of the glass if sitting more than a minute. The flavor of the mushroom is so powerful that it just is not great at all. The only thing I love about it is that I donât have an allergic reaction to the natural caffeine from the green tea, which tells me the amount of green tea in this is very minimal.
