This was perfect!I had been trying to descale my home Nespresso Creatista for weeks with vinegar because vinegar had always worked previously for my other Nespresso machines and barista in my office, but I was using water from to prepare drinks for a water filter machine, so those machines may have had a lighter build up.Since vinegar had worked on your previous machines, I think it's possible that my Creatista at home had tougher buildup (from home our water), or the software (in the Nespresso machine) must now only be programed to detect that only the official solution (with citric and lactic acid) could complete the process properly. The machine might also have internal coatings or materials that react better to this descaler.It only took one round of this cleaner and a rinse, so this solution must have easily removed any of the stubborn build up quickly and efficiently. I am happy I ordered this and will not be using white vinegar again.

I’ve used this before to clean my Keurig coffeemaker and it works beautifully. Just follow the instructions and it does a great job! No nasty vinegar smell and it rinses away completely! Perfect!

It does its job perfectly well and I have no complaints. It does seem a little pricey but you get at least 4 uses out of it. It’s really just citric acid so you can probably get the same results with a homemade citric acid mixture.

Arrived leaking and melted(? Via acid?) the plastic packaging around it so it was a complete Fing mess to clean up.

Overall this is a very decent descaling fluid. It does not smell offensive and there were no leaks in shipping. The color is clear and the size is enough to do several cleans.
