Excellent product.
I replaced some display lights for a cake and cookie shop. These brought the displays back to life and really showcased the product. I liked the lamps being able to rotate to aim the light toward the products instead of just being aligned with the sockets.

Worth the upgrade!
What a difference these lights made from the original fluorescent bulbs. Whiter in color and so much brighter…not to mention I will probably never have to replace them again while I own this motorhome. I would say these upgrades are worth the increased price of the led bulbs. Lights came quickly and packed well…I highly recommend!

Does not work. Bulbs flicker on then shut off. Do not purchase.

Great product so far
I'll address some of the other reviews here. Some have reported not receiving an installation guide, so I'll attach photos of what came with my order. The directions were actually attached to the other end of the tube they were shipped in, and not immediately obvious until I peeked inside. These are *not* a direct replacement for a fluorescent tube. So please take the time to read and follow the instructions for bypassing the ballast before using. You'll need wire-cutters, wire-nuts, something to strip the wires, and a screwdriver. Search YouTube for "ballast bypass" and you'll find plenty of videos showing step-by-step what is required. There are two general methods for rewiring, so note that these tubes require the live wire to be attached to one end of the bulb, and the neutral wire attached to the opposite end. Some have reported that a ballast bypass is not needed, while at least one reviewer reported a fire hazard from not removing the ballast. Maybe you like fire hazards, or maybe you just love that 60hz ballast hum, but do yourself a favor and bypass it anyway! As is common with LED tube lights, these lights are directional. There is a "light side" and a "dark side". Note that the pins on either side of the tube can be rotated a full 180 degrees, as can the entire bulb within its fixture. There is a 0% chance that you won't be able to get the dark side of the bulb to face the inside of your light fixture. It might take some fiddling around to get it right, but it will definitely work for you.One last thing... bypass your ballast. :-) It's really quite easy. If you're scared, good for you; maybe you should be! In that case, just ask a friend or neighbor to lend a hand.

LED replacements for the old florescent bulbs - no rewiring required
Used these to replace the fluorescent bulbs in my slot machines. They worked right out of the box, and did not need any rewiring of the ballasts. They do not generate heat or any noise and have really brightened up the display of the reels.

The replacement LED F15T8 lamps work fine, but the fit is tight
The lamps work just fine. The fit is really tight. My old flouresant light fixtures normally need a small starter to startup the flouresant lamp. When installing the new LED lamp, I needed to remove the starter and the lamp lit up just fine.

EASY TO INSTALL AND BRIGHT
I bought 4 units and they worked perfect in commercial, coin-op dart boards. Brighter than the F15T8-CW's they replaced. Followed instructions which were pretty clear -- i read twice to be sure i understood. Time will tell whether they last longer than the fluorescent tubes they replaced (they obviously have a built-in AC to DC converter of some type which might be their weakness). I wish i had these 20 years ago. I will be buying many more if they last.

Must bypass the ballast.
Replaced florescent bulb in a build in book case. Lights of America fixture. YouTubed how to bypass the ballast. Everything I found was for 4' dual fixtures. Looked at the label on the bulb and wired 1 pin at each end. Verified I had a non-shunted bulb holder. The 1st fixture took me 45 minutes to modify & test. The other 3 fixtures took about 10 minutes each. Bright light and no ballast hum. Really liked the ability to rotate the bulb position for better light dispersion. Wish they carried 24" & 36" bulbs for the kitchen.
