I wanted almond flour for a specific recipe, so ordered this, it has arrived and it is ground almonds as another reviewer said, they seem good quality, but I could have just bought ground almonds from the supermarket, a bit disappointedA follow up to my original review, I need to apologise, I’ve just used this almond flour for the aforementioned cake and it had turned out absolutely fabulously, it is a little grainier than I expected but I think I was expecting regular flour texture and on reflection, this was foolish, it is very very good quality and has produced a lovely dense moist almond ricotta cake, I will most definitely buy this again as I need to try all the recipes on the free cookbook QR code on the packet

Not extra fine, but found use for the product either way. Went back to a cheaper brand's "fine" almond flour for the same consistency.
