I have been taking Vitamin Bounty Probiotics for 5 years now, and I have no intention of stopping!!! Five years ago I survived the flu, but not surprisingly came down with at least two secondary infections that knocked me off of my feet. Additionally, it included some strains that actually counteracted diarrhea--whether from the antibiotic or from some of the other strains. Well, that variety and balance of strains was exactly what my body needed.
