My grandson loved it so I ordered one for his Dad. My grandsons broke so I sent it back for a replacement and the replacement broke as well and now it’s lost and I can’t send it back so I was told too bad they can’t replace it because it’s lost. After I bought two and already returned one they refuse to help me. They know I returned the first one for replacement and know their product is faulty and should help, but won’t. Terrible customer service!!!

Starting off, you get what you pay for. It’s a $50 chain. You can’t expect it to be the quality of a $300 chain.It’s verrrrrry shiny. It looks fake. My wife surprised me with a sterling silver chain, same style and length, for my bday. Holding them next to each other, the difference is noticeable. This chain is 1/2 the thickness and lighter than the one she bought me from a local jewelry store.It’s not bad, it’s just not what I was expecting. I’m questioning whether it’s solid .925 sterling silver because it does remotely feel the same.The picture I have attached shows the jewelry store chain on the left and the Amazon chain on the right

Perfect length and thickness. Great price. Does not kink or tangle. I sleep in mine. Lightweight & so vibrant.
