I've been taking this supplement for awhile. The capsules are very small and easy to swallow. Although, I can't say I see these doing anything for me, I'm taking them due to a medical condition I have and it was recommended to me. Since I'm doing decently well, I'm going to continue taking them. I've been taking these for 3 months now and will continue to take them regularly for a few more months to see if I notice a bigger difference in how my body feels.

I've been very pleased with this product and ordered it another couple times in the past.Just wondering though why the number of capsules needed to be reduced from 240 to 180 capsules, and also why the capsule is larger now.K1 is no longer included in the formula, even though both vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 are important for overall health. They both play crucial roles in blood clotting, bone metabolism, and potentially heart health. While both are essential, vitamin K2 may have additional benefits, especially for bone health and cardiovascular health, according to a study by the National Institutes of Health. Thank you for any input that someone might have regarding this.

Good stuff, small easily-swallowed capsules with a good dose of an under-appreciated nutrient.I'd suggest that the manufacturer think about the label, though. The big block-letter smiley-face looks like a "D," but the don't contain vitamin D of course. One should not have to read the fine-print on the label to divine what's in it.
