I went to go to my PCOS Specialist a few months ago and gave me a B12 test and told me it was very low. It was around 227 when it should be around 800. So Garden of Life brand is what she recommended. I started taking it two or 3 months ago and it made a difference in my energy. I don't have as much numbness in my hands like I used to when taking this product. The product is easy to swallow. The taste is not horrible. The value for the price is worth it. Not only is it B12 by itself but it also contains probiotics that are helpful for your gut since women with pcos usually have gut issues. There is nothing artificial in this product. No fillers or preservatives. It's all natural. Garden of Life products are good quality all around.

This works. My B12 was low after taking this for a month my B12 was high. I will take it every other day for now.

Great quality product I’ve been feeling very unbalanced so I researched my symptoms and found B12 would help those symptoms. I took one and immediately notice a difference not only did I feel better the next day, but I even started my period and I’ve been dealing with hormonal imbalances. This product is amazing I only wish it came with more capsules instead of 30. Taste is fine, they don’t have a smell and great ingredients.

This is probably the best brand I've found for this supplement. I just wish it had twice the dosage. Taking double the amount to counter the depletion caused by my stomach medication makes this a little expensive.
