I have tried every single self tanner from high end to low end. I have my favorites and I am pretty impressed with this mousse. I have very fair skin tone and use an extender weekly. I do my main tan (this mousse) then I’ll add an extender lotion about 2-3 days later sometimes the day after to extend my tan until the next main tan.Pros: 1.extremely hydrating - i have extremely dry skin and I didn’t feel like I needed to put lotion on over it 2. The smell at first was a bit different -almost smelled of cat urine mixed with a citrus or floral scent. It faded quickly and I’m actually not mad at the smell. It’s sweet but also mixed with the tanner smell (I don’t mind tanner smell and I feel like you can’t really get rid of it) it’s masked pretty well3. Tinted - I prefer tinted tanners. It just makes sense 4. Because it’s hydrating it’s less streaky. Even if you accidentally did streak it’d be a very blended streak 5. This lasts quite a while. I oil and lotion every night and I never saw it come off in patches and it dulls away very very nicely I’d say this will last you a 4 days to a full week with extensive hydrationCons: 1. it did pull orange on me. Now I knew as soon as I pulled it out of the bottle it would pull orange but it’s not the worse. You’ll typically be orange in florescent lighting (my pics are in natural lighting the day after) but this really wasn’t that bad (I’ve had worse) I did put a CC tanner over it after I showered and it helped a lot.2. It did transfer a bit, not a lot! This is pretty good but it’s not 100% transfer proof. I sweat when I sleep so that was expected. Once it dries down you’ll be surprised on how well it stays3. I got medium and I wish I got the dark (preference) it did wash off a lot. Next time I’ll get the dark.

*It is not gradual but it’s very natural looking. Everyone thought I had gone to the beach for the weekend!* The applicator mitt for your body and brush for your face makes it easy.*I like to also use the brush for places where I want more saturation, ie where I had tan lines*I haven’t had issues with it running like I did with other self tanners*It doesn’t seem to stain, I have tan underwear on when I do it and nothing.*I recommend wearing latex gloves if you don’t have anyone to help you get your upper back. The only way I’ve figured out how to get that solo is by taking the mitt off and getting creative. But that leaves you with orange palms.

The color turned out looking very natural! Two days before applying it, I exfoliated thoroughly and shaved. After that, I applied lotion to my hands, feet, elbows, and knees. I used a mitt to apply the product and put it on before bed. I slept with it on and showered the next morning. The color lasted for about seven days before I began to notice it rubbing off. Highly recommend it!

This is my experience with Coco and Eve. For reference I’m super pale and bought the dark color.The GOOD- tan lasted about a week, fading naturally throughout the week. It does go on with a green tint but once the tan sets, it turns to a more natural brownish tan. It is not sticky. The tan stays on after rinsing the bronzer off.The SCENT- Ew! I am very sensitive to scents and this one is strong to me. A lot of reviews seem to like it but I personally don’t like the scent at all and it gives me a headache but again, I’m sensitive to smells.The BAD- I tan in the evening and wash it off the next morning. This turned my sheets an orange color where I was laying. So definitely let it set a few hours before going to bed. Thankfully it washed out with no problem. This product claims to blur pigmentation but like most tanners, this made my dark spots, freckles and flaws darker.To note- I put lotion on my hands and feet before using tanner. This product made my feet and hands super dark so I’ll probably use a lighter color on my hands and feet next time.Overall, this is one of the better tanners I’ve used.

I love this product! It blends in well, easy, true to the color, doesn’t transfer onto my clothes, and didn’t take long before the full color came out. I applied it after a shower, and after moisturizing and let it completely dry. It has a mild scent which is better than my previous product, but goes away once applied. I will buy this again.

Definitely use a tanning mitt to apply this product. It goes on nicely and smells better than most products. The color develops pretty quickly. Be sure to exfoliate and shave before applying. Then shower it off the next morning as it does develop that slightly weird smell. But the color looks nice and natural. I chose the medium color which is perfect for my otherwise fair skin.

For some reason I can never get an even application. Hands and feet are always way darker than the rest of my body. Cannot get consistent color either. And, finally, I didn’t care for the way this wears off. Very noticeable blotches. Tried vigorous scrubbing, but that never looks good either. It just wasn’t good in my opinion. So I give them 3 stars for two reasons: it smells good and the formula spreads easily. I was surprised when the application results were blotchy. Three times and I’ve yet to have a decent result. I’ve self tanned for years and I keep going back to St Tropez. It wears off really well-more like a consistent fade. Also, using Westmore Beauty body makeup on a regular basis because that stuff is amazing. IYKYK

I got the ultra dark. I am very fair and burn easily. I really like this stuff as far as the coloring goes but it really does smell until you shower. It was a very strong tan smell, not in a good way. I left it on all night into the next day. Once i showered the smell was gone and the beautiful color stayed. It has been about four days and I had to touch up the a little part on my legs in front. Other then that the color is great! I used a tanning mitt, I exfoliated the night before, i wore vinyl gloves and after I got finished with my body and face I stood in front of a fan plus I put powered under my arms and breasts. I hope this helps. Oh one more thing if u give a review please state your skin type and how u put it on. If your skin type is the same as the person reading your review then it has helped them. Thanks
