I've been taking a capsule of this product every morning for years. It is a great vitamin product. It has helped me maintain good health and energy. Keep it in the fridge - doesn't taste good at room temperature.

This tasty (with a sarcastic tone) shot will definitely wake you up in the morning. Every morning I take a quick shot of this vitamin mix to give me the extra energy that I need to get moving. I have been taking this for about a year now and I recommend it to my family and friends often, because it really works. The only down side to it is the taste. So, I just shoot it and quickly take a swig of water after to get the strong taste out of my mouth.

As a whole I take these every single day and they do me well I use an oz cup. Take about 30 min before you eat in the morning and it will give you natural energy. Don't take more than an ounce a day or it will make you feel bad.

I'm a frequent consumer of this product. I love it! So you can imagine how excited I was when I saw it on sale, naturally I bought 2. Well. I get it in today and have me a swig, holy smokes, right off the bat: the smell.... It was different than normal. Against my better judgement, I tried it. Immediately had to spit it out. Leads me to ask: WHY was this on sale. Both my bottles were like this. Will be looking for a new bottle from a batch that's NOT on sale or a refund....

Product is great. The delivery sucks. I did not get the last order.

My brother introduced me to this product when he was a cross-country long-haul driver. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals and is super-easy to take and quick to absorb. Just pour a shot glass of this and drink quickly. I have had a lot of people comment on the taste, which is like liquid Flintstones Vitamins (for those of us who are old enough to remember them), but oddly, I rather LIKE it. Despite the recommendations on the bottle, a single bottle can last me upwards of 2-3 months, depending on what I am doing (the more active I am, the more often I will use it -- still following the directions, but I tend to skips days when I am less active). I am super happy to finally find this on Amazon instead of having to drive across the state and sit in traffic jams to pick this up at a local truck stop. Honestly, I have been using this product for the better part of about 20 years, and can happily recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to the capsules, etc. But, as with anything like this, be sure to talk with your doctor, etc.
