I am using earth magic potting soil quite long enough to understand that its a good soil though prices is a bit high but it's a guarantee soil that I can trust, very clean and fine soil no fear of any worms or insects as it is a potting soil so earthworms are not favourable and I feel very safe that the soil is quite clean, till now I have order this soil uncountable times and I never feel to change the brand for any reason.

Good packaging and quality is also good

Purchased potting soil for my plants from trust basket and I am fully satisfied with the soil that came in my home. The delivery by Amazon was good.Soil is well formed and drains the water through it quite well. Also it holds the water content so the soil remains wet and you don't have to water your plants unless it is a sunny day or high temperature is maintained. Sometimes it was observed that after watering the plants, the texture of the soil get ruined but not with this one.The fertility of this soil is good, seeds gets easily germinated. You don't have to feed your plants with fertilizer for 1 month after potting this soil because it is well formed soil and have fertilizer already added in it with other necessary contents.Conclusion: although the price is high because locally you can purchase more soil at the same price rate but this potting soil from trustbasket have all the necessary nutrients which are needed by your plants in order to grow and develop themselves so the price gets justified. You can completly go for it and if you are comfortable on adding nutrients separately then you can purchase soil locally at low cost.

Soil is rich in organic matter no doubt and TrustBasket has added a little bit of perlite to it. This is a good mix but it hold too much moisture. It's maybe good for seed germination but not good for your regular adult plants. They might rot.When I got it I did the test with compacting it in my fist with some water and the soil clumped together. This was not a good sign. However, I trusted the reviews on Amazon and I repotted peace lilly, palm and a small rose plant. Within a few days I could see the plants deteriorating. I waited for 3 weeks because sometimes these things can resolve themselves. After over a month most of the peace lilly leaves had started to yellow, the rose bush had deteriorated and was at death's door.Yesterday we have repotted again. We used the same soil but we mixed in 5% coarse sand, 5% perlite and 40% coco peat. Now I wait for 2 weeks to see if there is any new growth.

I have been buying TrustBasket products, I find their products are trustworty. I have earlier many times purchased TrustBasket Potting Soil, now for Rs.259 it is a competitive good buy. The black soil alongwith all the mentioned ingredients makes the soil rich and should check harmful soil borne diseases. The blend of rice husk, perlite, sand will definitly keep the poting soil well drained. The packaging is strudy.

Working with this soil felt great. The soil is fine and not heavy or sticky. As per the product details it says contains organic nutrients for leafy plants, flower plants, vegetable plants. I will update this comment after a month comparing growth of my plants. But request seller to lower the price. It is bit expensive. For this price 10 kg is alright.

It is the best soil for pots. The mix is perfect. It is well draining soil, is light in weight. And the packaging it came in was great. There was layers of packaging to ensure no moisture got into the soil. The soil was well dried as it should be. Most soils that I have ordered are clumpy and wet
