I basically purchased this item for the indoor exercise as I travel a lot and also it's not possible for me to go to the gym every day. So I purchased it as an alternative for the gym, let's say to do basic exercise at home.These bands are well made and pretty strong, so it has provided resistance as advertised. It has five different resistance bands with different resistance levels from lightest to highest resistance levels, and in every band, the weights are printed along with different colors of the band. So basically, using these bands, you can achieve resistance levels from 10 lbs to 110 lbs weight collectively, which is very nice.The best thing about this resistance band is it's lightweight and easily portable anywhere. Also, they have provided a user guide for the basic level of workout< which is really nice.This bands can be used for legs workouts, they have provided ankle straps for legs workout, which is cool, Alos it has got door anchorage to fix in the door for a basic workout.In short, we can say this is good for workouts when you cannot go to the gym and also it is price economical.I love it

I was immediately pleased by the excellent craftsmanship and the strong, long-lasting substance of the bands themselves, which I noticed as soon as I removed them from the carrying bag. They are not like those flimsy bands that break or wear out fast; rather, they have a robust and well-made feel about them. Even though my hands become sweaty during intensive exercises, the broad, textured grips give a firm and pleasant grip, despite the fact that they are enormous. It is the innovative stacking design of these bands that really sets them apart from other bands. You have the option of using each of the five bands separately, which range in resistance from 10 to 50 pounds, or you may combine them together to get a demanding tension of up to 150 pounds overall. As my strength increases, this adaptability is wonderful since it allows me to gradually increase the intensity of my workouts. Across the whole range of motion, the resistance is uniform and smooth across the entire range. There was no strange cracking or inconsistent tension, unlike what I've encountered with bands that cost less. They have a strong and trustworthy feeling about them.

I’m a quadriplegic, and this has been a great workout set up. All I need is to have somebody set me up with everything and I do the rest. Very satisfied!

Love these things, might have to get a little creative with some work outs but they work great. Only complaint is one band said 20 lbs on one side and 30 lbs on the other so I just colored in the incorrect side with a sharpie.

So I actually like these but the chock that you fit in the door has let go on two of these. Apparently the problem is the cross stitching which is weak and the weakness can't be detected by inspection. The strap itself is fine, just the sewing. Here's a picture of my fix which is to swap in some climbing rope and a strong knot. The cross stitching on handles seems to be solid so far so I'm not sure why it has problem just on this component. It may be a weaker thread or some problem with the sewing tension. I've been using these for several months and it takes about that long to fail.
