Q: Is it compatible with true gdm 49f

Very simple. 4 screws hold the bracket in and 2 screws hold the motor to the bracket.

Q: Is there three mounting holes on the back?

Been a year since I purchased and installed, but it did have the holes to attach the mounting bracket.

Q: Do these evaporator motors come with a fan ?

No they don't I reused the one I had already. I just made sure to clean it up really good.

Q: What is the rotation, cw or ccw

Either depending on how you connect wires.

Suitable replacement, less expensive than OEM

Suitable replacement for my TRUE cooler. Motor hub lacks the locating pin that the original motor has, but the fan spins fine and doesn't slip. Wire pigtails were plenty long to reach the connection point.

Does not fit true gdm-12

Does not fit true gdm-12. Fan motor that came out was a morrill B9BA16. This motor says it replacea it but as you can see the shaft length is longer resulting in the fan hitting the top shround.
