This brand works
I've used them all. Metamucil, etc. This product works. It is easy to mix and easy to drink. Does not jellify in the glass quickly like some of the others. A good buy!!

Better value than name brand
This was my choice to save money on a product I needed. It performs well, probably as good as most. I wish it had a bit more Orange flavor, but I add sugar free fruit punch and drink it- it helps. I'd buy again.

Most people need a little extra fiber, this works.
I've used this product daily for several years, it works great. I take one heaping tablespoon in 12 oz watered down glass of tea at bed time. I sometimes mix 50/50 with Citrucel, seems to have a milder effect on your system.

Beware: this was old product.
This is good quality fiber, it's just as effective as the name brand Metamucil. However, I would not recommend buying it from Amazon because mine was 3 months from being expired so it's at least a year old. I would get it from Walmart so it's fresh.
