Good quality
It’s in a very good quality. I tried it the first day when I received it when I was cooking( more than a hr) and I felt it a little bit tight but not uncomfortable. I didn’t know how to use it at the beginning because I didn’t see any instructions. Actually I bought it for exercise but haven’t tried in exercises yet. But I think it’ll be good.

Lacking Clear Instructions
Tried this on for a about 5 days. (>20 mins daily). I don't find a significant difference. This may mean one of two things : Either my posture has always been correct (I doubt this) -or- I am not following proper instructions. The problem is this hardly came with proper instructions. See attached picture for more details. I tried various permutations and combinations. The pictorial instructions are not enough. Some days I have felt this help; Some days, it has not. There was also a stretch belt in the package - which I am not sure how to use either - no instructions on that one either.

Made for below average size people
Not happy. I measured and it’s too small. I was sure it would fit since for man or woman. Must be for very small people. Not worth sending back. I sew so am going to try and make it work. Very frustrated.

Good Product, No Armpit Bands
Product serves its purpose, came with yoga elastics. But no Armpit Bands which makes it uncomfortable...
