This is a great product with a good price and plenty of useful features. I really like how it syncs with the iPhone app — you can locate it easily or even play a sound if it’s lost. It’s also super convenient that it fits in your wallet just like a credit card. One feature I really appreciate is the alert you get when you start driving away and accidentally leave your wallet behind. Definitely a smart purchase.

I needed to find a way to track my wallet. I like the Apple AirTag technology but it was too wide to hide it in my wallet. This thing, credit card like device was the answer for me. It integrates with FindMy app on my iPhone. Works like a charm.

I bought 2 of these SmartTrack cards, back in July of 2023, one for my wife and one for myself, I notice a couple months after using mine it did not update the location, so I unpaired it and re-pair it with my iPhone and it started working again like normalfast forward a couple more months until today I misplaced my wallet and pulled out my phone and notice that the SmartTrack card has not updated in OVER 2 months. I looked up their website and it states to put the item into "Lost Mode" to force a location update. That did nothing.So then after finally finding my wallet I unpaired the item and attempted to re-pair the item to my iOS device and nothing, it would not go into pairing mode or make any sounds, I again went to the website and followed the process to "factory reset" the card and again nothing, no signs of life whatsoever so I put in a warranty claim on Eufy/Anker's website and got an immediate response saying that I hav exceeded my 12 month warranty period.For a item that is advertised as having a 3-year battery haveing a 1 year warranty is ridiclous, and the fact that my card stop updating its location 2+ Months ago means I would have been within my warranty period had I notice it but I should not have constantly bring up my "find my" app just to make sure that my Eufy product is working as intended, it did not work when I needed it to and customer service has been horrible and no help.I would never buy another non-Apple tracking device again, especially not from Eufy.

Good and does its job well. I can find my wallet if I lose it and I can make it play sound too. It’s the same size of a credit card and about the thickness of two. It says it can last 3 years. Right now I’m at 1.5 years. Still going strong.Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because once it’s dead, it’s dead. No way to recharge or reuse it. Eufy recently made a rechargeable version but it wasn’t available at the time when I bought this one.

Update: It seems i had the bad luck to get a defective device. I contacted eufy/anker via email and got an immediate response for troubleshooting. When that didn’t work they immediately said they would replace it.This is a brand you should buy from. I have many of their devices from doorbells to cameras and this is how they treat their customers.Not reliable. Connection is faulty. It can be next to my phone and not connect. Seems like the battery might be almost dead after 6 months desire the promised three years.

Thanks to this, I never forgot my wallet at home or in the car again. It notifies you when you walk away.

It doesn’t have the proximity sensor like AirTags where the phone can point you in the right direction, and telling it to beep is fairly flakey. It’s great when it works but too often it just doesn’t beep.And it’s got a nice feature where you can double tap the button on it to locate your phone. However, it doesn’t use regular Find my iPhone (probably not possible for anyone but Apple to trigger that), but it means that the Eufy security app must always be running in the background for it listen for the signal and play a jingle. And the only way to make sure the app is always running is to give the Eufy security app “Always track my location” privileges. Creeps me out a little knowing it’s a Chinese company that’s always got my whereabouts just to make that feature work. Again, they didn’t have a choice I’m pretty sure (I’m an iOS app developer), and I’m sure it’s innocuous, but just makes me a little uncomfortable to give my location access 24/7 to them.And somewhat frequently, if you keep your wallet in your back pocket, just sitting down will press the button and then your phone starts playing this loud marry had a little lamb jingle confusing you into you remember what’s happening and cancel it on the Lock Screen lol. Embarrassing when it happens in a quiet restaurant or something.I should also mention the non-replaceable battery died a me after like 4 months. Anker/Eufy replaced it for free and were nice, but I felt bad throwing out the old one destined for a landfill after a few months.So overall better than nothing since you can often find your wallet, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again. Surprising because I’m usually quite impressed with Eufy and Anker products (same brand, just use different brands for diff product lines).
