It's flavored- Robitussin-y cough syrup, but also easy enough to put a few drops in my daughter's water, as this is also for children. Her pedi said it couldn't do any harm. I have not tried that yet, but a week in, it makes a difference.

Been taking everyday for the last 3 weeks. I have been feeling a bit more alert and wake up right away instead of dragging around for 15-30 minutes. I also have been taking methyl blue so can’t say if it’s one or the other. However, I notice feeling like there are sparks in my body and I feel something in my throat. Probably works best this way allowing it to soak into your blood stream vs mixing it in your stomach and it being diluted. Idk. Try to use logic when I do things. Also I like to violently brush my teeth beforehand so it also enters through my gums as well.

Definitely gives energy and if you are sensitive to stimulants like caffeine I would start at half the recommended dose and see how you feel after a few hours. It made me a little bit jittery at full dose but half the dose was perfect. Lasts for pretty much the whole day.
