I can relate to what a couple of the other reviewers said about the computer coming from overseas and the default search engines being Chinese (though the latter takes all of five minutes to switch to your preferred settings and is not a big deal). The former is a concern because if there are any issues with the computer, there's not a quick American company I can call for easy customer support.So why five stars? For the reasons I bought the computer in the first place: 32BG of RAM, a powerful processor, and 6 fans to keep the computer running cool. All of them (thus far anyway) are working wondrously. The computer boots up in an instant, runs fast even with the internet open and a game running, and most importantly - the gaming is great. Now I acknowledge my understanding of computers is limited, and my basis for how efficient a gaming computer is depends on how well it runs Total War Warhammer 3 (which isn't a great basis), but my last gaming computer I bought for $600 five years ago could BARELY run TWW2, and had to do so on the lowest settings. Load times took 10-15 minutes between every battle, and the computer went into overheat mode anytime I played a game with high graphics. So I bought this PC specifically for the high GB RAM, processor, and 6 fans - and it blows my prior computer out of the water. TWW3 runs at the highest graphic settings, loads in seconds, and the fans keep the computer running smoothly, quietly and cool. So far all my expectations are met.Conclusion: So far, this computer runs like a dream. If you know a thing or two about computers and can fix any small issues that come up, even better. If you want customer support for your product, however, you may want to buy from a local American company.

Should you buy, immediately run a software programto find malware.After running found vulnerabilities and a bugssent back immediately. My grandson picked it out,conversations with amazon took place with uploads,of reports.So, with that said, act accordingly.

I am very pleasantly surprised. It arrived packed very well and in perfect working condition. I couldn't be happier. The build, quality everything is perfect. WoW runs with almost all graphics maxed out and still get over 100 fps. I definitely recommend this PC.

UPDATED REVIEW!!!!! The company reached out to me immediately and is sending a new power supply! If that doesn’t work they have offered to replace the computer! I am impressed with their quick response and willingness to make it right!!!!My 13 year old purchased this with his own money, haven’t even had it for 3 weeks and the power supply is making noise and computer is shutting down every few minutes. Pretty bummed out for what he paid for it!!

Runs like a dream, was very skeptical at first on buying a pre-built online. But it works perfectly and I love using it. No problems and very good parts for the price

Not recommend, stopped working after 2 weeks. Windows was already set up which was kinda sketchy, and microsoft edge was in Chinese. Motherboard was also a sketchy Chinese product like "Great Wall" or something, and it was hard to edit the BIOS.

it came in plug and play and only setup was taking out the computer and all the cushioning and what not and pretty crazy that they already give you 80 dollars off, and it only cost a little over a G....like what? but i can say its great, no issues right now, colors are cool, but you have to deal with fan speed and colors with the remote, im not sure if i can use a program to mess with it but its good for now. i just bought this computer to replace my laptop for my racing rig, its almost cubed its a pretty thick tower with like 6 fans on it and a bunch of ventsthere is one thing i wish it had.....a USB-C slot, so if anyone is wondering it does not have one, not on mine atleast, it wouldve really come in handy

this pc is great, and quiet even with the 6 RGB fans going and you can control them, it performance is outstanding with no lags or bottlenecks. all games at FHD, or higher play at max.or ultra settings even with all mods for the game. its got a win 11 home os latest version,and a gigabyte rtx 4060. its inside a mid tower desktop chassis. it also stays cool at all times due to the 6 fans in it. it also does great with various bench marks. it also great for web browsing, streaming movies. music all that. this is my 2nd gaming PC,and its far better then it. great price and great computer without breaking the bank. it deserves a 6 but 5 is all it goes too. but it you wont regret it
