Excellent!! I have 6 cats so it’s important they have access to clean water ! Easy to assemble and my “kiddos” are happy! Nice flow of water and good capacity so I don’t have to keep putting more water in it every day and I love the fact you can see the water level which is a much improved feature from the first one I had. I’d give their customer service a 10 star if I could. Very rare you find the level of customer service you receive from Oneisall!

Great water fountain for my dogs and cats. It's small, quiet, and easy to clean. You can tell by the light how low the water is and also by the sound. If you hear the fountain then the water is too low.

My experience with this product was only for a few days, so I can't say much about durability long-term. The instructions were clear for putting it together. It seemed quiet when it was running. However, I thought the faucet part that the water comes out would be a little taller, so that cats could get to it like they do with a sink, but the area was too tight for my adult cats' heads, so I took off one star for that and the light. I'm not a fan of lights on products, especially if you can't shut them off, but many comparable fountains seem to come with them unfortunately.Even though it seemed to be working fine, my cats were scared of it and didn't have any interest in drinking out of it at all. I got it to try since my one cat has crystals and needs to drink more, so I ended up returning it since none of my three cats used it.I do plan on trying this company's double bowl wifi automatic feeder though and if you think you're cat might be interested in a fountain, give it a try! Mine just don't seem to take to them. We tried one my boyfriend had for his cats too and it was also a no-go.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Had a fountain prior to purchasing this one but every time water went so far down my cat didn't like the sound, so I purchased this fountain and it is so quiet my cat never knows how low the water is.

For overall construction, this is a wonderful, nice sturdy little water fountain, but the problem that I had was on the inside it isn't that well sealed it almost feels like aluminum and became very rough almost like it was corroded slightly on the inside and I was not going to let my pets drink from that the inside needs to be improved with a better stainless steel thank you

Best for cats or small dogsi’ve had about three fountains and all of them have been a pain until this one… The other ones were ceramic and got slimy eventually, needed to be totally disassembled to change filters. Cleaning it was a job I dreaded every week.This little fountain is stainless steel, top lifts out for easy, easy filter, change, and cleaning… But stainless just doesn’t get slimy like ceramic… Plus the cute little faucet incentivizes the cats to drink more and even the little dog. Ice can go in the tank in hot weather… quiet just a nice addition instead of water bowls that must be washed out every day… It’s easy to add water right through the top… Filters last a while if they’re rinsed out it’s just a nice little machine

Easy to fill dishwasher safe just like a sink my cats love it.
