Nicorette 4mg gum is the absolute best gum I’ve purchased to help me with my road of being free from cigarettes. The fruit chill flavor is very refreshing. Currently, I’m using these along with the same brand patch. I’m following their abstinence program which comes in a little pamphlet in the box. The patch helps me throughout my day but the gum plays a major factor when my cravings hit me hard! Each piece is securely packaged. If you have a child, these are definitely child proof. The key to benefiting from the gum is you chew the piece until you feel a tingle of a taste and then you stick it between your gums. I find the best place is my upper gum & I push it into my gums. One piece lasts for me a good 45 minutes. If I begin to feel the taste go away I chew it again and more flavor comes out, which benefits me from one piece of gum for a longer period of time. I don’t use the nicotine patch at night due to vivid bad dreams I would experience. This gum is key for me when I lay down to go to sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night within the nicotine craving, I put a piece of gum in my mouth. These work wonderfully! Two boxes with 100 pieces in each is a great value. I subscribe and save to this product, which allows me to save even more money. Two boxes will last me for a while. I highly recommend!

Gave up smoking 5.5 years ago. However, I had replaced smoking with chewing this gum. Haven't quit the gum as intended. Nicolette is like the cig companies of nicotine gum. Why do I say that? You get addicted to the gum and it's more addictive (in my case anyway) that the store brands, generics, etc. Same flavorish, same MG content, etc. This is the best one you can get to quit smoking. My doc says it's better than I chew this than smoke, so I'm doing that. My body is just hooked on nicotine and I don't like how life feels without it.

I gave up cigs in August, 2023 due to health scare. I smoked since 1971, never thought I’d be able to quit. It was easy with Nicorette Fruit Chill gum. I’m still using the gum after meals or when driving the car, but going on almost 2 years without smoking. No harm to any of my dental work. No weight gain. Doctor listens to my lungs and says “Your lungs are clear and strong, aren’t you glad you never smoked?” Hahaha. Thank you, Nicorette, I couldn’t have done it without you!

These are probably my favorite flavor (maybe tied with cinnamon but the cinnamon have been so expensive lately). The new 200 packs are a pretty good value. These have the best crunchy outer layer, the longest flavor, and the nice medium softness inside. I haven't smoked in years because of these.... but I also can't seem to get off them. Still better than hitting a vape like a teenager every 5 mins lol.
