This gel has a really nice, lightweight texture that’s smooth and non-greasy, so it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. It is easy to use. My hand was burned from the iron. After a few uses, there was an effective improvement in my burn scar. I am satisfied with the cream.

Maderma has always lived up to it's reputation! This time was no exception. My burn was from hot oil and took a few weeks to heal. Upon healing, I applied this product and began to see the redness steadily disappearing. Within only a couple of weeks of consistent use, my skin has healed to a point where you can barely notice any discoloration. I will continue to use it an anticipate it being back to normal color.
