Loving this controller
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought my Fusion Pro because I needed a controller with mappable advanced gaming buttons and I wanted it to be wireless. So far this controller has exceeded my expectations and needs. I saw some reviews talking about the long charge time and the initial charge does seem to take quite a long time but if you think about it the battery is designed to function for a long time so be a bit patient and it WILL fully charge. Also the gamer HQ app takes some getting used to but overall works well. I’m loving this controller so far

Neat light up controller for Xbox
Great quality, easy to install, my 11yr old loves it with his Xbox. He likes being able to adjust the knobs for different games, and loves that it charges on its stand. Lights up just like description shows.

Hate the software, "PowerA Gamer HQ" App. Cheap controller material, poor functionality.
So, I had to repost this review because Amazon found it too unfriendly or something, or the company simply didn't like it. Too bad, I'll keep reposting till it stays.Their app is so frustrating to navigate, who designed this? The controller isn't the WORST but right out of the box, I have a laundry list of complaints. For one, I'm not too fond of how the grips feel. Hands will get sweaty faster on that kind of material, remapping is hell. The unnecessarily bright RGB is cute but useless to me, and there is no way to just turn it off during play. It has 3 brightness settings basically and they're all too much. The wave/flash modes are even worse despite being technically "off," but instead $ach button press blinding you no matter how low the brightness is or what colors available. This controller was designed for influencers on streams or kids to show off while giving gamers who care more about function a headache. This is supposed to be OFFICIALLY licensed, yes? Well, pressing the sync button on your Xbox and the controller will NOT sync the controller at all. It does NOT connect to an Xbox natively and REQUIRES the included USB dongle to be plugged in to your console. That sync button only works with the included dongle. It works with that or wired. Which is fine and all, but feels like Microsoft simply rubber stamped their license and the company cheaped out on total compatibility. The controller feels cheap overall, I'm sorry, but it is, and I'm very disappointed. The whole setup with the case and charging mount was nice in concept BEFORE I got my hands on them. The charger gives ZERO indication that the controller is actively charging. Also, your Xbox CANNOT read the battery and tell you the percentage left or anything. So the controller dies when it dies, and charges when it charges, you have NO WAY OF KNOWING what's going on with the battery through an app, through the Xbox, or any indicator on any device from the included hardware with your "premium" PowerA controller. Hell, PowerA markets much cheaper controls that have this one simple feature down like most controllers, idk how you could mess this up on your most featured, expensive product. If you're going to make such a "fancy" RGB controller, at least use the RGB lights functionally to tell you the controller is charging. Even cheap, $30 junk on Amazon pulls off some kind of battery indication, and you're telling me an over $150+ PowerA controller couldn't give you ANY at all? This company must really love to cut corners. I bought another controller from them last year that recently bricked, waiting for warranty claim to go through. But after trying their supposedly highest-end wireless controller, to be so disappointed...? I think I'm done. This is my last time bothering with PowerA products.

So happy with this controller
Update: had it for a while now things i love is that its wirelessly, works amazing, and I can control the volume of the headset if i connect it through the 3.5mm jack... the cons is that sometimes it just disconnects out of nowhere without warning and takes forever to connect back and mind you that im like 3ft away from my xbox, secondly you never know when its fully charged and no way to turn off the lights when charging so its always on... when using it and you want the lights completely off just press the start and select button at the same time and it will turn off for the time you are using it until you turn on your xbox again... so far its a good controller but could be better. This controller to me is the perfect xbox controller because it has a good price, RGB is on point I love it so much, has a charging dock and I don't have to pay extra for it... I'm happy with the triggers just wish I didn't have to press that in..wish it was a shorter stop on T1 but other than that, its freaking amazing but this is an early review and will update if anything changes or breaks down in the future.

Meh wanted it to be good but its not
Where to start i wanted this controller to be good and ignore the bad reviews but the controller is nice and would probably suit someone that doesnt play FPS games but for FPS especially COD controller isnt great, first the trigger locks even on the smallest setting there is some considerable take up before it fires unlike other controllers, second I got in a truck and went to drive the truck doesnt move with trigger locks fully on setting, you have to have them fully out to drive which is annoying, the app on my laptop wouldnt even launch and closes immediately. Needless to say this is being returned today

The pro series always exceeds expectations!
I am an avid gamer who is always looking for the edge! I have used all the Elite series controllers , the Victrix, Scuf, and the Fusion Pro Series 1. I was using the Elite Series 2 for awhile and saw this controller pop up and the series one had a great weight to it which is key for me. Needless to say I ordered this one because of the super cool RGB effects and wow it is amazing. Wireless, Beautiful, and the functionality is amazing.
