Used it twice and it made me feel relaxed for sometime. This packet I think comes for a longtime. I think it cannot be used for pedicure purpose.. it's just for relaxing and spa purpose. And one more thing better use spoon or just put it using packet because when I used hand it felt like something hot object I am carrying.
