A very user friendly and easy to use device.
The device works as advertised. It has an easy to follow user interface. There is good documentation and user manuals that are provided. I had an airbag warning light. The diagnostic indicated the passenger seat rail sensor was disconnected or defective. Looked under the seat and sure nuff…the connector was disengaged. Plugged it back in to the sensor. Reran the diagnostic. No problem was noted. I reset the warning light. Problem solved. The cost for a diagnostic at The Ford dealer was the same cost as the device. So effectively the cost of the device was zero.

DO NOT BUY CHINESE JUNK!
I bought this scanner in January 2025 when I went to use it in May 2025, it would not turn on. The battery icon indicates 100% charge, but the battery light would not illuminate. I contacted Launch and was told this is not a USA unit and would have to contact China. After numerous emails to the Chinese Launch address, I was told to contact the seller for return, exchange, or factory repair. I got NO contact information to return, exchange, or repair my defective unit. Amazon only covers the unit for 30 days and Launch has given me the run around with no solution. I do NOT recommend buying any Launch product because you are on your own after the Amazon 30 day return period ends. Lesson learned . . . don’t buy Chinese JUNK!

Great code reader, will display ALL codes! On the downside it doesn't pair with the phone for internet connection, therefore unless you are close to a WiFi spot it will not send diagnosis results to your email.

Great product takes a while to update and understand all key features but has bailed me out of a pickle numerous times and continues to troubleshoot shoot flawlessly, I consider this as a great tool and value for money
