OMG these are sooooo expensive in Holland and Barrett I am always getting these from here now it just shows how much the shops put on for packaging and thee tablets do work exactly the same, I was dubious at first as they were so cheap but my nails are stronger than ever no need to go get false ones any more they are so strong and won't break lol! My hair is so shiny and in good condition too. So this has saved me money tenfold! I am so impressed with this product will never buy anywhere else plus being a bodybuilder this keeps my supplement budget lower which is always what we want! Top marks.
