Inconsistent colour and texture
I’ve been using Shakuntala Hair Cleanser primarily to tackle hair fall, and I had a decent experience with my previous order. The product seemed to work well, and I appreciated its natural texture and pleasant orange color — it gave me confidence that I was using something herbal and effective.However, this time around, I noticed a significant difference in both texture and color. The cleanser is now green and quite grainy, which is a stark contrast from the smoother, orange version I received earlier. This inconsistency is concerning, especially when it comes to haircare products. I’m unsure whether this is a reformulation or a batch issue, but it would be helpful if the brand clarified the change or included a note on the packaging.Due to the change in formulation, I’m hesitant to continue using it without knowing what’s different. I sincerely hope the brand can address this quality control issue because consistency is key — especially for a product that people rely on to combat hair fall.
