The floor mats were a lot better than expected! Good quality and perfect fit for my Bumblebee Themed 2002 VW Beetle!

Purchased for a 2019 VW Tiguan and they do not fit or connect so the sides fall in. Of course they are "customizable," which is not true - you just choose the option of front, back, or both. But be cause they are "customized" they are not returnable.

I was skeptical about these floor mats as they are not refundable/ returnable.They fit nicely. Have a couple light creases or folds that are slowly working themselves out.I like the high up sides, color is okay, but it's the diamond pattern that I really like.

I absolutely love the design and stitch detail but the sizing and fitting was slightly off. The clasps that are provided for anchoring were made of cheap plastic and they break very easily (be careful). Even when placed as properly as possible due to inaccurately fitting in my car (provided correct car info), the move and interfere with driving at times. It's not a horrible product the material is of decent quality but the price doesn't match the product. I have had these now a little over 7 months. They still work but they crease and fold up too much.

Everything I bought on Amazon has worked out for me except for this product and of course this will be the one product that you cannot return so I have wasted my money with this company. And I wish that there was a negative star that I could put on here, but you had to choose at least one. Amazon, this company should be removed from your site because they totally suck
