I'm refusing a knee replacement (fear) I'm in a mass of pain and kind of think this cream works, smooth in regularly 4 times a day (I didn't read info this may be to much) when I run out of cream I then noticed how much my knees were improved by it , that and my holiday in Spanish sun which required quite bit walking, drys well into skin not smelly or tacky .. Let it dry for few minutes before you dress .. I'm now on my 3rd tube .. Expensive which is a shame but I need all the help I can get I'm on arthritis medicine and pain killers as well but I'm finding cream beneficial . Hope it works for you " give it a try you just may be surprised .

Good but expensive.
Works better for me than Voltarol, just a pity it is so expensive (why?) and that it cannot be prescribed.

Highly recommend
I was having problems with my ankles through running and in pain every morning. From using the gel twice a day after a few weeks the pain has finally gone.amazing product have already recommended to friends.

It works better than expected.
Arrived quicker than expected just ordering second tube so I don't run out. 5th day and it works. It really works. My knee is worn badly and I'm overweight but now I can move around with little to no pain. I'm impresssed. I read it doesn't work for everyone but for me. It's great
