I got these to read together with my 10 year old niece. She is a voracious reader, and it was hard to keep up with her. We both liked them, though I imagine she more than I. The books got her interested in Greek mythology, and now she is reading all sorts of nonfiction books about ancient Greece.

This book series will keep whoever reads it captivated. Once you open the first book you won’t want to put them down

Bought these because my nine year-old grandson was coming for a holiday visit. He consumed these books! And after he read them, we had to watch some movies! A very big hit!

Great new books but the British version with words like “trousers” and “meters.” My granddaughter and I FaceTime to read each evening. I sent these books to her. My book is the American version. Tonight my book said, “…like a princess.” Her version was”…like Cinderella.”
