Great fishing time

took it to Alaska to catch silvers and reds. Worked great

Snapped
Rod snapped in half while casting on initial outing. The rod is rated 3 - 8 oz, I was only using a 6 oz pyramid sinker. Really disappointed as I planned on using it all weekend.

this rod is great for the surf fishing to be made, its a 15-30# rod with plenty of backbone to haul in the big ones, i use it mainly for surf fishing , it was use on time on a 3/4 day fishng trip and hauled in a nice little 25# tuna .

Garbage
Absolute garbage. Needed travel rods for a trip fishing Baja. Second cast with a 2oz lure, the tip broke. Had to run to a tackle shop and buy a new rod. Second day, my sons (I purchased 2) breaks in the middle section. We cobbled together pieces from my rod to make it work. I have fished for 45 years and never broke a rod. Please do not waste your money.

Lightweight and a nice flex.
I really like this surf pole, It is light and has a nice flex to the rod. Really like the way the hand grip is, it has grooves in it. You can really let it fly and still have a great grip. It is a 10 footer which is perfect for me. Love that they gave me a tip cover.
