Works well, I'm a tall muscular male and have had no problems with this crutch. At least as good as the NHS version.

No size chart - medium is too short for me and I’m 5’4” or 165cm!
With no size chart, I assumed that I would need a medium, since I am slap bang in the middle of the women’s height range / short for a man.This is not the case. It is hard to see now looking back at the picture why they bother with the medium at all, since it overlaps massively with the small.The medium is just a bit too short for me at its longest extension, and once I’m wearing shoes, it’s outright too short and makes me lean over horribly. I suggest anyone over 5’1” or about 160cm gets the large.Other than that it seems okay. The rubber foot on mine is wearing down fast, but it’s probably because I’m having to lean awkwardly to use it. Its otherwise light and strong.
