Since menopause kicked in, I get pains in my feet when I first stand up and also my skin is dryer, more wrinkled and has sagged a little – the wonders of getting older! I started taking these around four weeks ago and after a week I thought that my skin on face and hands looked a little bit better. I didn't think it was noticeable to anyone else but it made me look and feel better in myself. I'd forgotten about the pain in my feet and thought I'd done really well to walk five miles minimum for a week when I went to visit family. BUT, what is really noticeable is the difference now I've stopped taking them – my skin is definitely more wrinkled and dryer looking and my feet hurt again! I realised it must be these capsules having an effect so I've ordered another month's supply just to check it out. For me, they seem to have made a difference in my skin and joints, so for a little outlay each month I'm going to continue with them – maybe keep taking a break to see how bad I really am.The capsules are small in size and easy to swallow.

Having taken these capsules now for almost a full month I have definitely noticed my skin looks slightly plumper. I find the capsule is really easy to swallow and no side effects. It would be interesting to see if the results over a longer period of time have even more of an effect so it would be worth keeping up with them a little longer. However if no further improvement is seen then I would say it’s not worth the investment as better results could be achieved by a good skincare regime.

Hyaluronic acid is being talked about everywhere at the moment, I have just started taking these and looking forward to seeing improvements to my skin structure. Not sure why pain relief is listed as a five star option as that is not the purpose of the tablets. Easy to swallow and no taste.

They are packed well, probably a little bit too thick plastic that isn't recyclable anyway, the bottle could be at least half the size. Tablets are easy to swallow and don't really give a taste of anything or any aftertaste.If you are to take the recommended dose, these will most likely only last a couple of weeks, which starts getting expensive. It should really be called Vitamin C tablets with a little bit of Hyaluronic acid! most recommendations suggests 120mg at least of HA, but these only provide 20mg so i feel slightly missold on the title and it should be switched around to emphasise that the Vitamin C is the first main ingredient!I can't say i've noticed any difference in my skin or aches from exercise during/after using the recommended dose of these.

Nice idea, nice size and easy to swallow BUT gelatine capsules and the dose is too low to make a significant impact. Shame I will be seeking out alternatives.

Great product for helping your skin look younger and healthier. Contains vitamin C which is necessary for healthy skin. Quite large tablets which are not the easiest to swallow but don't have a lot of taste so not too hard to take with liquid. Good value for money.

Really didn't find that these tablets made any difference. I have problems in my knees which are really sore and feel very stiff especially on cold damp days and I took these hoping for some kind of relief. I didn't notice any difference and can only surmise that they do not do what they are intended for.

Easy to swallow and taste fine. Good way of getting your recommended daily dosage. Not much to say here, all is pretty good, I recommend this brand of tablets.
